How we build gates
Sculptural Gate

Superb Craftsmanship throughout all our gates. We employ the following steps for each job

On-Site Evaluation and Planning

Your area is surveyed for ideal placement and size of gate. Ground surface is inspected for levelness and stability.

Designing

We work closely with you, our client to ensure the gate fits its environment and your tastes and budget. Drawings are supplied to help with gate selection, design, and permit process.

Fabrication

Only heavy gauge steel is used in production. Welds are ground down and blended into surrounding surfaces. Our gates are fabricated in our dedicated facility with precision and the highest quality control.

Powder Coat Finishing

Gate surfaces are sanded smooth by hand and machine prior to any coating. The gate is sandblasted and then powder coat primer is applied. Two topcoats are applied over the primer. A great variety of colors are available of your choice. Gates are placed in oven after each coat and finish is baked on.

Underground Work

Carefully planning goes into laying out all the electrical and internal support structures. This installation features an equipment vault that will be flush mounted into the column. This allows all the electrical equipment to be placed out of site for a pleasing appearance.

Installation

The gate is installed using concrete footing for slide gates. Swing gates are installed with heavy posts set 3-4 feet in steel reinforced concrete for a long sag free life
